Welcome to WCA Evolve: Be the Brand That Stands Out. By registering for our workshop, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Registration and Payment

Registration is only confirmed once full payment has been received through our authorized payment channels. We reserve the right to deny entry to any individual who cannot provide proof of registration or payment.

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All ticket sales are final. Since we have limited seating and pre-arranged event costs (including snacks and materials), we do not offer monetary refunds. However, tickets are transferable to another person provided you notify us at [email protected] at least 48 hours before the event.

3. Event Schedule and Changes

While we aim to stick strictly to the March 1, 2026 schedule, Wealth Creation Academy reserves the right to make changes to the program, speakers, or venue due to unforeseen circumstances. Any significant changes will be communicated via the email address provided during registration.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, strategies, and content shared during the workshop are the intellectual property of Kate Marquez and Wealth Creation Academy. Attendees are prohibited from recording the sessions or reproducing the materials for commercial use without written permission.

5. Photography and Media

By attending the event, you acknowledge that photography and video recording may take place. You grant the organizers the right to use this media for marketing and promotional purposes on social media and future website content.

6. Liability

WCA Evolve and its organizers are not liable for any personal loss, injury, or damage to personal property during the event at Sydney Hotel, General Santos City. Furthermore, while we provide strategies for success, individual results may vary based on implementation and effort.
